INSTRUCTIONS:
- ALL applicants MUST carefully complete and submit the application forms before they can be considered for admission.
- Application forms Must be completed in ink using block (capital) letters.
- All information supplied in the application forms by applicants MUST be factual, the discovery of any misleading information may result in the applicant being denied admission OR dismissed if already admitted.
- The Recommendation forms are to be filled by the applicants’ Home Group leaders and Pastor detached and mailed to the school using the above address.
